Our Returns Policy

 

  • We will happily offer a refund/exchange on any items that are NOT, skincare, bodycare, make up, hair care, body items and sun care items that are returned to us within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
  • If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
  • If you are returning from outside of the UAE, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Within the UAE if you want a refund then you need to cover the cost of return, if you want to exchange then shipping costs are covered by Aspire Beauty.

 

How To Return - UAE

Step 1

Contact Customer Service if you wish to arrange an exchange. For return follow the below

Step 2

Pack up your return in the original Aspire Beauty packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit.

Step 3

Attach the pre-printed address label to your package, from the shipping document that came with your order.

Step 4

Return your shipment and await confirmation that we have received your returns

 

How To Return - International

Step 1

Contact Customer Service if you wish to arrange an exchange. For a return, please send an email to notify us of returned items

Step 2

Pack up your return in the original Aspire Beauty packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit.

Step 3

Attach the pre-printed address label to your package, from the shipping document that came with your order.

Step 4

Please request a 'proof of postage' receipt from your chosen shipping provider, and keep it safe until we have confirmed that your returns have arrived.

 

Receiving Your Refund

Once we have received your package, providing the items have been returned in a re-saleable condition your refund will be issued without delay.

Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 20 days to show on your statement from the time of issue. Please be aware that this varies by bank and payment methods.

If your card has expired since placing the order, please contact Customer Service to make an alternative arrangement.

If the items received by us are not in a resaleable condition, we shall inform you immediately that no refund will be given. You will then be given the option of us returning the item to you or for us to discard the unsaleable item.

 

Returning Hazardous Items

Unfortunately, none of these items are allowed to be returned.

 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by you the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Any order cancelled that has already been shipped will incur the shipping charge,  you will be informed of the amount at the time of cancellation notification.
